Paul Crosbie – Managing Director


A former consumer, business specialist and newsdesk executive with the Daily Mail, Daily Express, Mirror Group and The Sun, Paul draws on more than 20 years experience in the national press. He founded Crosbie Communications to use that knowledge turning delivery into an art form.



Annie Leask – Account Director


Over 20 years in regional television, national newspapers covering showbusiness and major events. Annie also spent time on the other side of the fence as a press officer for a UK police force involving crisis management, implementing long term media aims and delivering unpopular messages positively and effectively.



 

Alex Crossley – Account Executive


Having graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Italian, Alex joined Crosbie Communications as an assistant in 2008, working primarily on the 1click2fame campaign. She left to gain a dual masters (MA/MSc) in International Marketing and Communications, studying in London and France, before rejoining the company, bringing knowledge acquired during her studies, particularly with regards to new media and strategic communications.

Nicola Carslaw – Broadcast consultant


Currently contributing editor for BBC News, specialising in editorial compliance and co-editing a news magazine. Formerly BBC consumer affairs correspondent; and prior to that social affairs correspondent. Now also writes for and speaks at retail and food industry conferences, seminars and at universities. Corporate work includes editorial strategy and news management working with PR teams, CEOs and Board members.


 


Ian Hawarth – Strategy and creative pr consultant


Public relations practitioner and former journalist. Ian has run his own PR business in association with several other PR and Communications companies in London and Manchester. He specialises in consumer PR, particularly in the food and drinks sectors and has significant experience in the retail sector too. Was MD London at Staniforth Communications, head of consumer at Text 100 and head of Press at Granada TV.



In addition we work in association with other media and pr specialist to ensure we have everything covered from the written word, to social media to broadcast to styling and photography.
